Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to fulfil orders to international addresses at this time.

Order Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on the same working day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Options

We offer two delivery methods at checkout:

Standard Delivery

Price: £4.99
Free on orders of £50.00 or more
Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days

Express Delivery

Price: £6.99
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use these to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Address Changes

If you need to amend your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kisage.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, courier delays, or adverse weather. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days-of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate.

KISÁGE

I knew this was going to be special the moment it arrived. The presentation is absolutely beautiful – the luxurious box, the elegant branding and the way the pillowcase is carefully wrapped make it feel like you’re opening an expensive designer gift. Every detail has clearly been thought through, and the unboxing experience alone is worth mentioning.

The pillowcase itself is even more impressive. The silk feels incredibly soft and substantial, and after sleeping on it for a week my hair has been noticeably smoother every morning.
